The brief

The client required accommodation for 500 workers across three dormitory buildings in a remote industrial location. The completed scope included bathrooms, Wi-Fi, fixtures and climate-appropriate finishes.

The buildings were engineered for local seismic conditions and a long design life.

Parallel production

Design and engineering were completed first, followed by factory production while the site team prepared foundations and access.

Modules were fully checked before shipping so on-site work focused on assembly and connection.

The result

The camp was handed over 60 days after cargo arrival. Consistent factory quality, efficient logistics and clear installation information kept the project moving.

The completed facility provides modern accommodation and the modular layout supports future expansion.
